ABOUT

Born and raised in Taiwan, I’ve spent time living in Paris and New York, and now I call Brooklyn home. My path to art has been completely self-taught — I follow instinct rather than formal rules.

The Silk Botanical series started as a way to hold onto something I lost: a tropical plant that couldn’t survive New York winters. I wanted to preserve its fleeting beauty, so I turned to silk to give it a new life.

Over time, this act of preservation became more than memory — it became a way to express feeling. Through the shapes, colors, and movement of each piece, I explore emotions and inner landscapes. Making the work is a meditative process: slow, patient, and calm. Fragility turns into permanence, and loss gently transforms into resilience.
